What do I use to open it?
Tried WinRar but no luck... the file also comes in no format just a plain file? (eg not .rar or .wmp)

Try renaming it to either .avi, .wmv, .mpeg or .mpg .

Ah, yes that is a problem. I tested it in VLC, but will try to rename it on the server. ***please rename the file .avi - promise to do the next one properly!

Hey I don't wanna spoil the freebies here but I got a message somewhat out of the blue regarding the Line of Fire documentary series stating that following its complete TV screening it will be available for release on DVD and if anyone wants any more info regarding the series or its release on DVD they can contact info [at] gibson.co.nz.
While I'm not going to stop anyone posting links to free downloads of the documentary series, I would like to note that I will honour any requests to remove infringing (sp?) links from said copyright holders.
I haven't managed to catch much of the series, so I'll definitely be buying the DVD.

If anyone is interested there is a book out now about the series called Line Of Fire by John Lockyer. It's quite a good read so far.
