When we were kids we had a Amstrad. It was the best gaming PC around at the time. Games use to take 20-30 mins to load up off a tape deck plugged in the side. Sleep

I had a ZX80 and it was the bomb. Only after the ZX81 was released did it seem so inadequate.

I downloaded an amstrad emulator a while back. I used to have one as a kid. It was great to be able to play all the old games again. Anybody play Sorcerer? Never finished the game!

My flatmate was playing the Xbox 360 version the other day and I thought it looked awesome - graphics are some of the best I've seen and the AI (especially the way crowds react to events) was pretty darn cool! I wouldn't mind giving it a go myself but the only free time I have I seem to spend on here No

Does anyone else here play Team Fortress 2?
I appear to be quite addicted to it at the moment.

I could become tempted. I see it has been released as a standalone product now. Not big on online games, cos of the snotty 12yr olds that spend 80hrs a week playing them and kill me within 30 secs of joining a game, but I was playing Day of Defeat for a bit...got not bad at that...to the point where I was good enough to get pi**ed off at the lack of teamwork and support from other players. Rolling Eyes

Okay...I just looked at some gameplay vids of TF2... I like it, I want it! Going to get it...sometime.

Yeah, it's pretty awesome. I got it with The Orange Box, which is actually bloody good value for money. I love the whole Halflife franchise of games, and it was only about $90 for 6 games!! Smile

Do you have to have the original HL2 game to play the episodes that are released separately? Or are they playable standalone? If so...I think I'll make a small purchase.
