It feels like that some times, wandering the corridors I recognise the "don't I know you from somewhere" or the "he's still hanging around???!!" looks!

Went to the North Shore seminar last night. They pretty much said the same as whats been said here, if you want to join soonish - you're going to CM. Although he did say that Auckland Metro was the only place recruiting, so that does include central and Waitakere - but he said the wait for Waitakere was over a year.
He said Christchurch was 3 years.

and if you try and get an honest answer out of your recruiting officer its like trying to get blood out of a stone.

I think it may be more of a case of not knowing the complete story themselves, and not wanting to put good candidates off applying.

Yea... although he did say that the Auckland recruitment office has had 1000 applications recently.
